Kelly Goode retired from Federal service in 2021 with nearly 30 years’ experience in EEO and DEIA including investigation, adjudication, compliance, accessibility, promoting equity, and building inclusion. She worked at the EEOC in several positions, including as an Administrative Judge, and also served as the EEO Officer of the National Gallery of Art and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
