Mr. Hamilton has held various Human Resource and Equal Opportunity positions over his 40 years of federal government service with the United States Forest Service and National Park Service. He has worked in all areas of federal government personnel management, serving as a personnel generalist, employee relation specialist, Human Resource Officer and Regional EEO Officer.
During his career in federal service Mr. Hamilton have provided training to thousands of federal employees in the area of HR, EEO, and ADR. Mr. Hamilton has also served as a presenter at the 2020 American Bar Association 14th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference. Mr. Hamilton topic covered “Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Federal Sector”.
