Profile

Katie Slye-Griffin is the EEO Manager for the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) at the Department of the Treasury where she leads the Agency’s equal employment opportunity (EEO), diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) functions. Katie is a EEO and DEIA expert who has presented for the ADA National Network, the Federal Exchange for Employment on Disability (FEED), and at the EEOC’s EXCEL Conference. Previously, Katie worked at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) within the Department of Health and Human Services where her work focused on DEIA, reasonable accommodations, and Federal sector disability programs. Before HRSA, Katie was the Executive Director of the Montgomery County, MD affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) where she worked on efforts at the local and state level to educate and advocate for the needs of individuals diagnosed with mental illnesses. Katie is married and has a teenager daughter.
