Deryn A. Sumner is the managing partner of Gilbert Employment Law, P.C., and also serves as co-chair of the Firm’s Federal Sector EEO Practice Group. Ms. Sumner received her law degree from the Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. Along with representing employees and employers before the EEOC, Ms. Sumner is the co-author of several books on federal sector EEO law and practice and is an instructor with Gilbert Training Group, LLC.
