Jimmy Valentine has BA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and his Juris Doctorate from Whittier School of Law. After over a decade practicing Law, serving as a Chief Contract Negotiator and In-House Council, he joined FMCS in his current capacity in May of 2012 serving out of the Glendale, CA Regional office. He has mediated nationally significant cases, including health care, aerospace, major utilities, manufacturing, transportation and the entertainment industry. He has served on international training teams in South Africa and Indonesia in partnership with the U.S. Department of State and the ILO. He has also presented at major Labor-Management Conferences, including FMCS-NLMC, Federal Dispute Resolution Conference, Northwest and National LERA.
