Merritt Weinstein has worked as an attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) since 2012. He has worked for all three components at the FLRA: The Office of the General Counsel as an an investigative attorney; The Federal Service Impasses Panel as a staff attorney, and The Authority as a Senior Dispute Resolution Specialist (SDRS). He is now serving in his second stint as the SDRS and a ULP Settlement Official in the ADR Office. Prior to joining the FLRA in 2012, Merritt worked at the Social Security Administration as an attorney.
