Profile
Michael Wolf helps agencies and unions prevent and manage conflict, resolve complex workplace disputes, and grow conflict competent culture. He is the ADR Director and ULP Settlement Official at the Federal Labor Relations Authority. Previously, he was counsel to the National Mediation Board, in leadership roles at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, counsel to NTEU, ADR advisor to the Air Force at the Pentagon, and a Congressional staffer. He has been adjunct faculty at Pepperdine U, Catholic U, U of Baltimore, and guest instructor at other universities. Michael’s 10th publication is a chapter in the 2nd edition of Online Dispute Resolution: Theory & Practice - A Treatise on Technology and Dispute Resolution.
