Profile
Jeremiah Cassidy was appointed in October 2008 as the Regional Director/Chief Administrative Judge of the Washington Regional Office of the Merit Systems Protection Board. He is responsible for the adjudication of appeals from Federal employees working in the states served by the office, as well as many locations overseas. Mr. Cassidy was an attorney in the Board’s Office of Appeals Counsel from 1991 until 1996. He served as an administrative judge with the Board’s Chicago Regional Office from 1996 until 2002. From 2002 until 2008, he served as an administrative judge with the Board’s Office of Regional Operations in Washington, D.C. Mr. Cassidy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University, and his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University. He is admitted to the bar in New York, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C.
