Amanda Custer supervises the Performance Management team in OPM HRS HR Strategy and Evaluation Solutions. The team helps agencies with individual performance management (through plan and policy development) and organizational performance management (through the development of key performance indicators and strategic plans). They also consult on telework and employee and labor relations. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University.
