Profile

Eric Siler, M.F.A., M.Ed., is the Community Engagement & Education Coordinator for educational technology at WVIZ/PBS ideastream®, Cleveland, Ohio’s public broadcasting station. He’s responsible for implementing technology face-to-face training and videoconferencing education for thousands of educators and students per year. He trains and presents on educational technology with a speciality in video production, which he has taught at the high school and college levels. He has 30 years of video and editing experience with thousands of productions to his credits in commercial and educational television. He applies his skills today in his current position to support his PBS television station. He’s also an adjunct professor at Cleveland State University’s School of Film & Media Arts.
