Dr. Kathleen Torregrossa is Cranston Public Schools’ Coordinator of Teacher Evaluation, Professional Development, and Mentor Programs. Dr. Torregrossa plans and presents professional learning sessions on: Student Engagement, Blended & Personalized Learning, Digital Literacy, and Growth Mindset. Dr. Torregrossa collects/analyzes evaluation and professional learning data for informed decision making, programmatic evaluation, and logistical planning to implement a district professional learning program.
Dr. Torregrossa is also an M.A.T. Adjunct Professor at Johnson & Wales University, Providence. She is a NBCT (Literacy: Early Childhood/Adolescent) who has been an Elementary Teacher & Special Educator.
Dr. Torregrossa has been trained by the American Federation of Teachers in various professional development courses, which she has presented in her district and statewide.
