Rob has been in public education for nearly fifty years. He has served as a kindergarten teacher, a middle school and high school science and math teacher, an assistant principal and a middle school and high school principal. and for thirty years as a superintendent. He is currently an assistant adjunct professor and the Executive Director of the Nevada Association of School Administrators.
He has developed a K-8 1:1 program and numerous personalized learning programs. Through innovation he has developed instructional programs that eliminated high school dropouts. He is currently developing professional development to address leadership challenges for implementing instructional programs to meet the needs of the coming workforce.
