Megan Shanley is an Occupational Therapist and a RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Practitioner. She works for Albuquerque Public Schools’ Universal Design for Learning Team as well as Southwest Neuropsychology and Behavioral Health. She has worked with many school districts on trainings, evaluations, and more to help them implement Assistive Technology in their educational systems. She has presented at FETC, ISTE, CASE, and West Texas A&M’s Distinguished Speaker Series, as well as the Southwest Branch of the International Dyslexia Association (SWIDA) and the New Mexico Technology Assistance Program (NMTAP). She has devoted her career to Assistive Technology because she has repeatedly seen it empower so many students and young adults to express their strengths and talents.
