Description

Collier County Public schools has made a commitment for each teacher to have a Surface Book laptop to facilitate instructional innovation strategies.  By pairing the Surface Book with a wireless display adapter, teachers can employ a mobile classroom which decreases a reliance on teaching from a defined teacher station.  Teachers use this robust tool to flip classroom instruction, create on-demand videos employing digital inking and leverage proximity as an instructional strategy.  By using the Surface Book, teachers are also able to use collaborative tools such as Microsoft Whiteboard with students to create a cohesive learning environment that leverages these technologies to break the traditional boundaries of time and space to increase student engagement and achievement.
