Description
The challenges facing education leaders today are unprecedented. Yet, the solutions being implemented are often taken from a playbook of a different era. New realities and demands from multiple stakeholders continue to test the limits of current approaches. Truly sustainable innovation has always been elusive in K-12 education – both to envision and execute. In this workshop, participants utilize a new assets-based approach to address this challenge through an examination of the ten most important questions that educators should be asking their teachers, parents and students right now. Using role-playing to understand the diverse views of their stakeholders, leaders will acquire new tools to craft a more current and responsive vision for their school or district.
All workshops are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Participants are responsible for bringing a wifi enabled device with all workshop software/apps downloaded before attending. Endorsed by Future Ready
