What is the secret sauce to writing and implementing a Technology Strategic Plan for an evolving future? Assess your stakeholders! This session will explore how conducting a comprehensive school technology assessment with specific and measurable criteria holds the key to identifying strengths and targeting areas for growth. Session attendees will glean examples of assessments, view School Technology Strategic Plans, and score templates and resources to implement with their school and district with a specific focus on planning for an evolving future!
All workshops are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Participants are responsible for bringing a wifi enabled device with all workshop software/apps downloaded before attending.
