The date was Friday, March 13, 2020 and BOOM, the world suddenly changed. As most schools closed on that Friday in 2020 they announced they would not be open on the following Monday due to the critical issues surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Suddenly school leaders across the nation were faced with leading and making profound changes. And once new strategies and processes were in place, they frequently had to be changed again. Learn the leadership and collaboration strategies that were implemented by three leading superintendents as they share how they navigated leading teaching and learning then and continue to lead learning today to meet the needs of all students in today’s world of constant change.
