Description
Data interoperability can be a powerful tool for school systems looking to bring together data stored in siloed systems. However, leadership, change management and stakeholder buy-in are as critical for success as a robust data infrastructure. In this hands-on workshop, attendees will evaluate their capabilities and readiness for leveraging data interoperability in six domains (Governance, Procurement, Leadership and Vision, Technology and Infrastructure Landscape, Implementation Fidelity, and Impact on the Educational Environment). You'll come away with a better understanding of your current data capabilities and next steps for moving forward.
FETC Workshops require an additional registration fee or premium registration. All workshops are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for hands on participation.
