Description
You were in the midst of implementing organizational transformation in your organization when COVID hit. Many of the changes you had been promoting for years were adopted overnight. Staff had to pivot quickly to address students’ instructional and the organization’s operational needs. Now that we are moving past the pandemic, some staff have embraced the changes while others are moving back to their pre-pandemic practices. In this workshop, we will explore strategies to continue driving organizational transformation that promotes all stakeholders – students and staff alike – to be better informed, engaged and actively contributing. We will look at ways to strategically adjust from crisis to non-crisis mode, but still maintain the transformation that ultimately supports long-lasting enhancements in the educational experiences of our students.
FETC Workshops require an additional registration fee or premium registration. All workshops are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for hands on participation.
