Description
We know that the faces of our IT support teams should reflect the faces of the students we serve. Join this session to learn how to build inclusive practices that support leaders in everything from writing a concise job description, recruiting talent, making a good impression, onboarding, and retaining your talent. This session will also answer the question of WHY we should be inclusive with our practices and will share real-life examples of what inclusivity looks like in an IT team.
