The focus on student well-being has been at the forefront of discussion everywhere for the last two years, and rightfully so. However, the job of an educator is more complex, stressful and pressure-packed than ever before and the social-emotional health of our teachers, administrators and entire community is more critical to maintain and strengthen than ever before.
