TABLE 8: Even with the pandemic behind us, the stresses of teaching are still as high as ever, causing veteran teachers to experience burnout and fatigue at much higher rates than before. They have lost their spark, their joy to teach. As coaches, helping them find it again can be difficult and takes different strategies and methods than what we would normally use. This session will look at ways to help these teachers in crisis that do not include another email or required trainings.
