Description

Districts need to review existing plans and modify those plans to ensure that they leverage funds to provide access to effective technology resources and services. Implementing transformational instructional practices that result in greater student learning is a must. Districts also need to plan for the inevitable funding cliff. In this session we will discuss a roadmap to plan for accessibility, scalability, sustainability, and productivity. We will also present strategies and tools that will assist you in gathering the data needed to make informed decisions and increase productivity within the technology department.
