Description

This engaging and interactive session will be a facilitated conversation about the experiences of a first year elementary school instructional coach. The conversation will be led by the site principal and revolve around (4) key aspects of leadership: curriculum, assessment, relationships and lessons learned. Discussions will also include technology use to support coaching. Attendees will have opportunities to discuss related experiences along with avenues to implement models of success and strategies to overcome challenges to successfully support teaching and learning. Current teacher leaders, aspiring coaches and administrators and current coaches and administrators are encouraged to attend.   FETC Workshops require an additional registration fee or premium registration. All workshops are BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for hands on participation.
