Would you agree that when employees feel they have equal opportunity for advancement, they are happier with their career and stay longer at their company? Now consider this: For every 100 men promoted into management, only 72 women were promoted. And 83% of mothers who come back to the workforce say they would leave for an opportunity that better aligns with their work-life needs. Women with children earn less than their male colleagues and women of color are even more disadvantaged. These inequalities have a big impact on the ability to tap into and retain this valuable talent pool. This session examines how to resolve why women exit the workforce at key milestones as well as added burdens created by the pandemic.
