DescriptionMore than half of management occupations are held by women, yet an overwhelming majority of boards are dominated by men. Women comprise 28% of the boards of directors for S&P 500 companies, and minority women make up just 10%. Women earn more degrees than their male colleagues but despite progress the gender gap remains significant at senior levels. During this interactive session, you will hear where the leaks are in the leadership pipeline and how women can gain representation in the C-suite.
