SAP SuccessFactors


Jill Popelka is the President of SAP SuccessFactors. She is responsible for customer success and business and product strategy, health, and growth for SAP’s largest cloud line of business. She leads SAP SuccessFactors in its creation of a new market category: HXM (Human Experience Management), a critical evolution of the HR software market that shifts the traditional “employees as assets” mindset to “putting people at the center of everything.” Jill steered SAP SuccessFactors through the global pandemic to its strongest business performance in 20 years. During her tenure, the organization also achieved record highs in customer satisfaction, cloud availability, employee engagement, and leadership trust. Prior to her current role, Jill served as Chief Operating Officer of SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to that, she was the Head of Sales for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). She joined SAP from Accenture, where she spent many years orchestrating and leading successful SAP implementation programs for customers in North America. Jill graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
