Description

To compete in today’s tight labor market, employers must do more for their employees and do it better than their competitors for top talent. Employee expectations have fundamentally shifted. The pandemic has laid bare the previously hidden burdens of childcare, elder care and self-care, increasing worker demand for benefits like paid leave and behavioral health. But these benefits can no longer be siloed: they must be intuitively accessible in the daily flow of work. In this session, Unum leaders will discuss how investments in technology can help humanize the benefits experience and ensure employees feel supported through major milestones and unexpected challenges.
