Companies are in an employee engagement crisis. How do we keep them engaged when 67% of them work from home? This will continue to be a struggle for employers, especially while the “Hidden Resignation”, “Great Resignation”, and “Great Reshuffling” are real and remain unaddressed. In the pre-COVID world, taking care of employees and keeping them engaged were somewhat easier, with employees going into a physical location. But now that most of the knowledge workforce is remote, how do companies keep employees engaged and productive?
