Improving diversity is a first step many organizations have taken the past year. But that’s only the first necessary step towards equality. Improving the lived inclusion experience is what delivers significant value.

This session will provide clear definitions and then lay a foundation of the moments that matter where the inclusion experience can be improved. It will identify the signals and the data that can be used to measure and analyze inclusion. We will suggest prioritization approaches such that viewers can take immediate actions. All will be presented through examples from Panasonic and Protective Life, two practitioner organizations leading the way to improve inclusion at their respective organizations using both inclusion analytics and key practices to ensure accountability and progress
