The role and perceived value of Shared Services has waxed and waned over the years, with the concept often remaining in the background of any organization’s support operating model. More recently, Shared Services has resurged as a core value generator with an emphasis on efficiency gains, global consistency, omnichannel experimentation, product and process-led improvements, and cross-functional governance. Moderated by Kimberly Carroll, this panel will feature HR executives who have contributed to the field of Shared Services as the lynchpin to their organization’s transformational success.
