Prior to his role at Microsoft, Matt brings several years of Executive search experience with Korn/Ferry as well as 5 years at LinkedIn where he held roles in talent acquisition, product marketing and diversity programs. At LinkedIn, he played a pivotal role in the creation of Data Driven recruiting resulting in multiple patents and key improvements to LinkedIn’s flagship recruiter product.
