Allison Lyons is a Senior Manager (Director) for Toyota. She leads the Employment Branding, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Hourly Recruitment, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) work for Toyota’s HR Talent Acquisition group. Her team manages Toyota’s Recruitment and Branding Strategy along with HR’s relationship with Toyota’s Temporary, Outsourced, and Consultant Suppliers. Previously, Allison was the National HR Director for a large 150,000 employee for-profit healthcare organization. In growing her division from 500 -7000 employees in just five years, she was responsible for the HR Strategy across 14 states. Her 23-year HR career has spanned multiple organizations, roles, and industries in Healthcare, Financial Services, and the Automotive Industry. Allison received her B.S. in Business Administration from Marquette University, her Masters in Human Resources from the University of North Florida, and has two National HR certifications, SPHR and the SHRM-SCP. She is on the Board of Directors for the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Dallas Chapter and the Steering Committee for Collin County. Additionally, she is the Learning and Development Co-Chair for Toyota’s African-American Affinity group, and volunteers for numerous local charities.
Allison is married to Brian Lyons, a High School Principal, and has two children, Christian (11) and Brooke (6).
