As a leader of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR teams within both domestic U.S. and global organizations, Frank has spent his professional life developing and delivering; hiring and retention strategies, engaging employment brands, and people development and training programs. Whether in manufacturing, distribution, information technology, staffing services or other industries served throughout his career, he’s always focused on the core principles of attracting, retaining and developing great people. Frank’s career has taken him from Cleveland, OH to Washington D.C. to London, UK and back to Cleveland, OH (with a few other stops along the way) in a variety of HR leadership roles. Serving as the Director of Talent Management for Associated Materials since 2013, he leads internal recruiting, future leadership development programs and strategic talent planning. Coupled with his corporate experience, his time spent engaged in entrepreneurial and consulting ventures has given him a unique perspective on what works and what doesn’t when it comes to getting the right people and processes in place.
