Tracey Patterson is a managing director at Accenture, leading large-scale technology, business process outsourcing and human resources (HR) initiatives for clients. Overseeing an international team of 1,000, Tracey leads Accenture’s North America and European HR service offerings, spearheading digitization efforts including artificial intelligence, mobile capabilities and predictive analytics services. Tracey also is committed to Accenture’s inclusion and diversity initiatives, actively helping the company pursue its goal of achieving a gender-balanced workforce by 2025. With over two decades of technology and operations experience, Tracey has held senior positions at FORTUNE 500 companies including – prior to Accenture – Aon Hewitt, as the senior program manager for the organization’s Enterprise Delivery Group. Tracey has been recognized as a Business Leader of Color by Chicago United and one of Today’s Chicago Woman’s 100 Women to Watch. In November 2017, she participated in FORTUNE’s NextGen Conference – a part of the magazine’s Most Powerful Women Summit – on a panel titled, “The Black Ceiling.” Active in her local community, Tracey is a member of several boards, including the Lurie Children’s Hospital and Powered by Action. With an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, Tracey is based in Chicago, alongside her husband Chaka, and two children, Taylor and Chandler.
