Cheryl is an HR executive with over 25 years’ experience in human capital consulting and business operations with medium and enterprise sized organizations. Her experience spans across multiple industries including financial services, manufacturing, management consulting, and hi-tech organizations. She has worked with entrepreneurial and start-up organizations along with growth and mature organizations.
Cheryl has a proven track-record for leading change, maximizing organizational effectiveness, and driving business results. Her expertise includes leadership and employee development, HRIS and Analytics, mergers and acquisitions, workforce planning, employee and labor relations, change management, employment law, talent management, compensation consulting, and total rewards initiatives.
Currently, Cheryl oversees the Human Capital Service operations supporting Insperity’s Enterprise clients. She has served as a Principal at Willis Towers Watson, Director of HR at CBIZ, and HR Business Partner at International Paper.
Cheryl holds a M.B.A. from Augusta University, B.B.A. in Finance from University of Georgia and she is SPHR-certified.
