We know videoconferencing tools, such as Zoom and Teams, allow all parties to meet in a virtual world. Come hone your virtual meeting skills with Dr. Michelle Cheasty-Christ. You'll learn how to create a meeting, send out invitations, document the notice of meeting with e-mail printouts, and upload a draft of the IEP along with other key documents, such as a BIP or evaluations that will be discussed. She'll prepare you to make changes in real- time and to create IEPs that have a better fit to the student’s wants and needs because all interested parties are able to attend the meeting.
