COVID-19 has drawn to the surface personnel management and staffing issues that are complex and intermingled with remote learning, health and safety, and employee rights. Attorney Brandon Wright will explore the concerns for special education and employment matters, including staff shortages, employee leaves, performance evaluations, and requests for accommodations, and other important legal topics for school districts.
