Explore the successes that the School District of Lee County has discovered using Insights to Behavior, and learn more about easily revamping your current FBA & BIP program in your district to increase efficacy and teacher buy-in.   This session will provided the process used to help staff better identify the challenges and needs students with disabilities experience in the classroom.  We will provide a more complete understanding of the non-verbal messages communicated through behavior, as well as knowledge of corresponding strategies and interventions enhances the efficacy of both the development of the behavior intervention plan as well as the classroom teacher’s ability to implement it in the classroom.
