Are you an HR tech industry analyst, HR practitioner or experienced HR tech implementation partner? If so, you’re invited to submit your proposal for presentation at the first annual Select HR Tech Conference. 

Uniquely designed to ensure buyers of HR technology can fully optimize their investment, Select HR Tech is the first conference helping attendees evaluate their requirements and make the right decisions. Our format is different as well; our speakers will be expected to facilitate roundtable discussions, teach master classes and share customer success stories.

We invite you to submit proposals for consideration on those topics that will help today’s HR and IT professionals leverage technology to make their organizations more successful in the modern workplace. Business function automation, innovative change management practices, dynamic workforce issues, “best practice” case studies, HR transformation, HR service delivery and discussions of what innovations are yet to come are among those of interest to the conference’s audience.

This isn’t the right conference opportunity for speakers who prefer to speak to large groups from the stage or as part of a moderated panel -- our attendees expect to roll up their sleeves and network with their peers. As a speaker at Select HR Tech, you’ll be deeply immersed in helping attendees sort through the toughest HR technology problems including what to do when there’s an acquisition, how to take HR tech global and what questions to ask your vendor partners.

We welcome submissions from speakers with experience in enterprise HR tech, as well as SMB. Special attention will be given to those speakers with expertise in multiple HR tech disciplines such as comp and benefits, talent acquisition and talent management, diversity and inclusion, payroll and HRMS, etc. Roundtable and master class speakers will be asked to deliver multiple sessions.

Presentation Types

Success Stories - Vendors are encouraged to showcase their customer success stories by partnering together onstage. Preference will be given to those vendors matching a senior executive with the client-side lead. Please note: a customer co-presenter is a firm requirement and recent as well as longer-term implementations are desired. (Duration: 45 minutes)

Roundtables - This highly interactive workshop encourages attendees to bring their toughest HR tech questions and collaborate with their peers to explore solutions. As the session facilitator, you’ll be responsible for guiding the discussion and ensuring attendees leave the workshop with actionable insights. (Duration: 90 minutes)

Master Class - Subject matter experts are requested to submit their credentials to teach a master class in an HR tech discipline or topic relevant to evaluating requirements, implementing the HR tech purchase or optimizing the investment. (Duration: 2 hours)

PROPOSALS ARE BEING ACCEPTED UNTIL 11:59PM, November 1, 2019.

With the high volume of submissions anticipated, expect to be notified of the status of your submission on or about December 6, 2019. Individual critiques of submissions not accepted are not possible.
