William H. McGuane is presently the Monmouth County Division Head for Benefits, Workers’ Compensation and Leave Programs. Prior to joining Monmouth County Mr. McGuane served in the Human Resources Departments of Quebecor Printing, Carborundum Abrasives and Wonder Bread. William is valued as an organizational SME in the human resources, benefit s, risk management, safety and leave management arenas. He has been with Monmouth County since 2010. Mr. McGuane has obtained professional certifications in safety management from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and ergonomic assessment practices from Humantech. He graduated from Buffalo State College after four years of service in the United States Air Force as a law enforcement officer. He has implemented many Human Resources, Benefits and Workers’ Compensation programs in a variety of organizational environments including comprehensive employee training, return to work and workplace safety programs.
