Blankenship Farms and Nursery
Beth and Jerry Blankenship are both first-generation nurserymen who started Blankenship Farms and Nursery in 2002 as a second income while Beth stayed home with their three children. In 2011, Jerry came "home" from his general manager position at Little Creek Nursery. Today, Jerry works mainly with the B&B production, while Beth grows the container liners.
For our container liner production, we utilize air pruning pots, giving our liners a fiberous root system early in their lives. Our sustainably grown container products are utilized to grow vigorous landscape ready B&B plants and for conservation, restoration, mititagion, and remediation efforts.
In our B&B production, we source plants directly from our own container liner production. This allows us to ensure from seedling to landscape ready, our diverse catalog of landscape ready plants will flourish for years to come.
