2022 marks Austram’s 41st year as an industry leader. Since 1981 Austram has focused and pledged to provide the highest standard of quality and service to its 5,000+ garden centers across the country. As of 2020, Austram’s new leadership is committed to maintaining Austram’s reputable quality and empathetic customer service.
This year will also mark the launch of a new logistical model for Austram clients around the country. This past year we were challenged with a global supply chain collapse which presented issues that were out of our control. However, we look forward to implementing this model moving forward.Instead of conducting fulfillment from Austram’s original Durham facility, as it has for the last 41 years, we will now conduct fulfillment from different locations along the East Coast, Midwest, and West Coast with a base in South Florida. This will undoubtedly create a more efficient and streamlined fulfillment process for the years to come.
We look forward to continuing Austram’s strong legacy – one that has been paved, strengthened only made possible through our 5,000+ loyal customers over the past 41 years.
