Description

The notorious gangsters/lovers, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow, have become part of our shared cultural landscape through movies, songs, articles, books, and even social media. Their story would not be half as interesting, however, if it weren’t for the histories and geographies of the city of Dallas and the Red River Valley. This presentation recounts the crimes and events surrounding their short lives and explains the Depression-era Southwest through maps, photographs, and fascinating historical information.
