Fay is an Honors faculty member at Southeastern Louisiana University, where she teaches communication courses involving public speaking, interpersonal skills, positive teacher-student relationships, business and professional speaking, and small group communication. Her interests include personality and leadership research, cooking, hosting game nights, and absolutely dominating at trivia.
