Served 12 years on active duty in the Air Force as a Pilot and Program Manager in Foreign Military Sales. Then, joined the Reserves for 17 years. As a civilian, I worked in International Marketing for General Dynamics, Government and International Sales for SimuFlite Training, Operations Manager for a flight training company, twice, and as a Program Manager for the B-2 Visual System for the simulators at Whiteman AFB, MO. In that span, I was president of ClearData Corporation, manufacturing wireless video transmission equipment for the security industry. Mr. Bowers completed his BSAE at the US Air Force Academy and his MBA at the University of Oregon. He also completed Squadron Officers School, Air Command and Staff College, and the Air War College.
