Profile
Greg Hennig was licensed and began the practice of law in early 1974 in Houston, Texas, where he continued to practice for fifty years before retirement. What began as a general practice across the range of legal arenas, including some family and criminal law, and the start of a general litigation practice, including business litigation, evolved into a practice in corporations and related commercial activities. The business practice crossed the entire business spectrum, from start-ups to in-house general counsel, ranging from small to worldwide businesses, even Fortune 50 companies. The practice covered all realms of transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, contracts, and AI intellectual property, human resources, and in-house civil litigation, keeping him busy until retirement. Mr. Hennig’s degrees include a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston. Licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Texas, plus the Southern, Eastern, and Western U.S. District Courts in Texas, the U.S. Fifth Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, he represented clients in cases before all of them, except for argument to the U.S. Supreme Court.
