Levels of Care:
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – ASAM Level 2.5 (15 – 26 sessions)
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – ASAM Level 2.1 (20 – 40 sessions)
Outpatient (OP) – ASAM Level 1 (As long as medically necessary)
Duration: The all inclusive duration of the program is 6 – 12 months
