We’re UPENN’s Mid-Career Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership—a growing national and international community of experienced educational leaders, 20+ years developing, with the challenges of daily practice at the center of our work. We continue bringing experienced leaders together in a working community to learn our way rigorously through serious, powerful, and exciting change for the field.
