U.S. Energy Development Corporation was founded in 1980 as a privately held, Appalachian based operator focused in Pennsylvania and New York. U.S. Energy is currently active in all major US basins with assets in 13 states and Canada. Current operational focus areas include the Eagle Ford, the Permian and the Anadarko Basins. Throughout our history, we have operated and/or participated in more than 2,400 oil & natural gas wells and maintain over 35 active Joint Ventures. Current daily net production consists of approximately 7,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOEPD). U.S. Energy continues to expand both its operated and non-operated positions in the Powder River, Appalachian, Williston, and DJ Basins.
